After my purchase today I received a personal thank you message from Ica. We chatted for a bit and Ica was very encouraging as well as willing to refund or replace a duplicate item I had accidentally purchases. I definitely will continue to watch for new items. These are gorgeous, detailed and incredibly low land impact for the craftmanship.
