Please use midnight/night time settings to see the illuminations correctly, just like RL fairy lights they will not have the same effect in daylight.

These illuminations are quite delicate so for best results please set LOD Factors to 4 in the preferences under the GRAPHICS Tab in the section called Level of Detail (LOD) and Distance Factors. (More info below regarding LOD settings for long distance Photography etc)
