Implings "Rue-D" Boots are HUD controlled to change the metals ( buckles and plates on the platforms) The straps and the base (platform) to multiple different choices seen on the Hud on the vendor add. Mix and match to match any outfit!
They are also XYZ resize scripted. Meaning you can click one to resize it top to bottom, left to right and side to side for the perfect fit. Its shown here on the Toddleedoo mesh body.

Also shown is how to click your alpha hud to hide your lower legs.
