IMPRESS BOARD PROFIT SHARING

A detailed and comprehensible Owner's Manual is provided for all Editions.
Comprehensible and easy to use renter and owner menus. This applies to all Editions.
Renters can update their Ad Materials at any time during their rental period. This applies to all Editions.
Both renters and owners have the ability to terminate a rental. If a renter terminates their rental they do not get
a refund. This applies to all Editions.
The Impress Board is a single prim with copy and modify permissions, allowing an owner to have as many
Impress Boards as they wish with varying sizes. This applies to all Editions.
The online status indicator displays the online status of the current renter, if any. This applies to all Editions.
The hit counter keeps track of how many times a renter's Ad Materials have been requested. The renter is
notified of each Ad Materials request, including the hitcount, a SLURL and the name of the toucher. This applies
to all Editions.
Renters can upload up to 10 items of any type except for scripts. This applies to all Editions.
A renter does not need to rename the items that they upload. This means less confusion for the renter and thus
you will not have to waste time helping renters to use the Impress Board. This applies to all Editions.
A Pre-written Renter's Guide is included and made available to a renter on their request. The owner can add
information to this Renter's Guide as they see fit or for example translatie it into other languages. This
applies to all Editions.
The SLURL of the specific Impress Board is included in important notifications such as impending expiration
notices to the renter. This applies to all Editions.
Two pre-expiration notices are sent to a renter (48 and 24 hours before expiration) as well as a notice upon
actual expiration. This applies to all Editions.
Renters can extend their own rental period at any time up to the maximum allowed rental period. This applies
to all Editions.
Owners can extend a renter's rental period with no limitations. This applies to the Enterprise, Professional and
Basic Editions. The Profit Sharing Edition can not have owner extensions due to the 5% profit share.
Owners can set any rental price. This applies to the Enterprise, Professional, and Basic Editions. The Profit
Sharing Edition must have a minimal rental price of 1 Linden dollar.
Owners can set the rental period to any number of days desired. Impress Boards can be set up to rent for as
short as one day. This applies to the Enterprise and Professional Editions. The Basic and Profit Sharing Editions
are limited to weekly rentals up to four weeks.
Impress boards can be configured to be rentable by anyone or to members of a certain group only. This applies
to the Enterprise and Professional Editions.
Group joiner included. When the Impress Board is set to group members and a potential renter tries to rent it
while not wearing the proper group tag they are given a link to join the group. This applies to the Enterprise
and Professional Editions.
Optional owner notifications: The owner controls whether they themselves receive notices about new renters
or rental expirations. This applies to the Enterprise and Professional Editions. For the Basic and Profit Sharing
Editions, owner notifications are sent as stated above with no option of turning notifications off.
Optional eviction refunds allows for an owner to evict a renter with or without a refund of the remaining rental
period. This applies to the Enterprise and Professional Editions. While eviction is still possible, for the Basic
and Profit Sharing Editions no refunds are offered.
Plugin script for advanced script interaction. This feature is for advanced users and allows for scripters to
create 'add-ons' for the Impress Board. This applies to the Enterprise and Professional Editions.
Owner and renter controlled slide show. The owner can allow a slide show to play of all images uploaded by a
renter. If so, the renter can decide if they want their images to be shown in a slide show. This applies to the
Enterprise Edition.
Optionally allow an uploaded sound tp play on touch. The owner of the Impress Board also controls the volume
level of this sound. This applies to the Enterprise Edition.
The owner can create a 'for rent' image with their own logo on it. This applies to the Enterprise Edition.
The owner can control discount settings (if any): Discounts of up to 100% can be given to group members or to
anyone if at all. This applies to the Enterprise Edition.
The profit share of the Profit Sharing Edition is 5% with a minimum of 1 Linden Dollar.
