Be aware that as soon as you adjust the size properties of this object, or link it to another, you will need to reset its PHYSICS SHAPE TYPE. To do this: Go into edit mode, Features tab, select Convex Hull, then re-select Prim and the land impact should reduce back down.

Beautiful. The texture seems faded or outdated. Land Impact too high
Be aware when purchasing that the land impact is 14 and not in fact just 1.
