An old industrial factory building, with optimal use as a shop, club, etc..
The building needs a flat ground of approximately 50 x 100 meters and 416 free prims (incl. RezzBox).
Couse the low surface area / prim ratio its genious for Homestead SIMs too.
The optimal use of Sculpts and the use of small textures keeps the server and client
Load very low (LowLag).
The used sculpts are stable on a long view distance (LOD stable).
The lower floor has a space of approximately 45 x 85m and each long side face has three public entrances.
In the first floor there are two rooms with approximately 14 x 15m area, one is set up as
lockerroom, whose elements can be removed to save 17 prims and/or use the space for other purposes.
The building takes its own special charm due to stale masonry with square columns and
ledges, a lot of rusty metal and dirty windows, but without a forfeited look.
12 individually switchable lamps (touch lights, switch to click) with real light gives
the factory in nightview a very special atmosphere.
The building has also three centrally-controlled clocks, which View SL time.
Quality made in germany (Ruhrgebiet).
