This is a residential skybox in the look of an industrial unit converted to a residential loft. This unit features integrated lights that can be controlled on channel 2. The unit has a huge window perfect for sunsets that can be closed for privacy from a menu. There is also a cellar or dungeon included with this unit accessed through a floor hatch that can be locked and unlocked. Although small enough to fit on almost any lot at 20X20 meters this loft has an amazing amount of room. And feels very roomy inside due to the open concept design which leaves plenty of room for camera manoeuvring.

The is an Excellent Skybox, plenty of space inside and although i use it as my main home, it would make a great club or music venue
