Script didn't work
Normally I love Surge products, despite how expensive they are. This one, however, left me disappointed. The door is beautiful to be sure, but one would expect that from Surge. The ad claims the door is scripted and ready to go, but when I tried it for the first time, the did not slide smoothly. Instead it went slowly tumbling across the grass. Fortunately I am able to fix this, but not everyone can.
