Infusing Kit - Stone Cooking Fireplace
Basis is a fireplace, with an additional cast-iron pot hanging from a metal hook. This is the most common cooking arrangement used by European small farmers, who usually lived in single room houses or cabins.
It was taken to America by them, and until the invention of the Ben Franklin oven, the only arrangement we knew. Since it was simple to make of natural materials, it remained very common even after the Ben Franklin oven became widespread in American cities.
This fireplace is made of 100% mesh, and uses a mesh animated fire prim. Clicking directly on this fire prim will turn the fire off or on.
Infusing this fireplace to use for cooking is very simple. All you need is any standard G&S kitchen.
• Edit the G&S kitchen
• Take the single script found in that kitchen into your inventory.
• Take that G&S kitchen back into your inventory. Do not delete it. (It may be used if Sombra updates kitchens.)
• Rez the fireplace to be infused.
• Drop the G&S cooking script “Cocina Magica [G&S]” into the fireplace.
• I suggest putting the old G&S kitchen into a sub-prim of the fireplace for safe keeping.
The main 'operational' prim of this fireplace is the lid on the pot. Once you have cooked anything using this fireplace, that lid will disappear until used again. (Clicking anywhere, but the mesh fire, will start the normal G&S cooking proceedure.)
If you have any problems with the fireplace, take it back into your inventory and rerez it.
