Lie on your back and watch the star or the clouds.
Some SL animations have a realistic posture but the avatar is frozen in position like a statue. Other SL animations add some movement to add to the realism -- but there is so much of it that you end up looking fidgety.
InkWelle animations are 15- to 25-second loops that have a tiny bit of motion, like a stretch of the foot or a tiny scratch of the wrist. Just enough so you don't look frozen OR fidgety!
The Star Gazing animation has the avatar lying on its back, arms folded with hands behind the head, and one knee up. The knee swings back and forth a tiny bit.
