Upscale living on the beach – not your average Tiki-Hut! This two-level house demonstrates excellent attention to detail with lots of wood, a thatch roof, and two beautiful round rooms – one at each end of the house. The upstairs balcony has a sliding door that leads to a large outdoor deck. The windows have bamboo blinds instead of tint for privacy. The included lights, ceiling fan, and blinds are controlled via chat or using a wall-mounted control panel. The front and back doors feature an excellent modifiable script that includes locking, access lists, and more.

Assembly:
This house is packaged using Rez-Faux which will auto-build it for you. Rez the Rezzer with the red dot facing just in front of where you want your building to be, then click it and choose "Rez." See the notecard "Setup Instructions For InkWelle Builds" for detailed instructions.
Scripts:
The windows (including those in the door) are tintable for your privacy. You can click on the controller to open and close the blinds, or you can use chat commands. Say "/8 tint" to cause the windows to be covered by blinds from the outside. Say "/8 clear" to make the windows clear again.
The fan and the lights on the fan are turned on and off with the controller, or you can use chat. Say "7 light on" to turn the lights on, or "/7 light off" to turn them off. Say "/7 spin on" to turn the fan on, or "/7 spin off" to turn the fan off. The controller, fan, and lights are modifiable so you can replace them with your own scripts if you desire.
The door is scripted to lock and has other features as well. Open the door, then say "show help" for a list of commands, including how to lock the door and maintain a list of people who can open the door. This is an excellent free script, but you can replace it with your own door script if you choose. See the notecard "InkWelle Door Instructions" for details.
