But if you have a small land, much smaller than 60 x 50 I advise you to buy the separate parts that interest you the most. I've worked very hard on each build, trying to bring you, my lovely clients, the best quality textures and brand new designs. They all are copy, non-transfer and modifiable, except for the scripts within the builds, and the decorative objects that come for free within the fatpack - these are no mod.
I hope you all will enjoy it as much as you seem to enjoy Asian Village I, my best selling product. :)

as stated no rezzer or floor plan so you have to figure out where everything goes and not all buildings are as pictured. is it nice? yes but not as good as pictured. will need some work and additional land impact to make it look like it's supposed to

This was confusing to use because all of the pieces are separate but the paths are already created so you have to sit there and figure out what buildings go with the path edge. Some parts of mod, others aren't. There's no schematic or plan so you either have to stare at the picture to figure it out or just wing it. The buildings are well done overall but the paths and the ground part make it a huge challenge use. You've been warned.
