As far as I'm aware, thus far, this product works very well. Setup is easy enough, and it's great for consolidating multiple givers, or saving yourself (or a friend) lots of script time. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is that there wasn't quite enough documentation in the box for me. There was nothing explaining the access modes, which I didn't readily find via the menu, and I couldn't find any information explaining the blue menus.. which, could be fantastically useful, if there's a way to actually set them up. ::shrug:: Still, it's incredibly convenient, and packed with great options, regardless.
This is a fabulous, flexible system hat can reliably be customised to dispense anything you like. Using it a lot.
Excellent support - had a minor issue which was dealt with almost immediatley and in person. Super product, super service - one of the best :D
This as to be the ultimate in item dispensing and the pre-fab items are great. And the rebate makes the price awesome.
