*** Autumn Splendor Instant Garden ***

Autumn Splendor is a beautiful multilevel environment that rezzes instantly from a box.
Autumn trees with falling leaves floating through the air and swirling on the pond are a primary feature of the garden, and it is also filled with mums, pansy, grasses, and other autumn landscaping.
Two ponds with peaceful waterfalls flowing into them, a hidden crystal cave, and an upper level with a treehouse platform accessed via an animated ladder add to the beauty.
Three decks (one to the side of the pond, another inside the cave, and one up in the trees) rez all sorts of animations and accessories (like weather, sound, fire elements, food and drink and provide a cozy niche to view the beauty from.
Pond animations are also accessible via a small controller by the water.
Garden lights turn on/off and adjust in intensity.

*All decks have a special feature for eating/drinking - click on the food/drink and it disappears - then wear from inventory to drink/eat.
*Moves into place easily with the rez-faux toolbox (in the way homes do).
* Animations (not static poses) are included in each deck - click to rez animations for groups, singles, and couples.
* Falling leaves can be turned on/off and locked for owner only controls. Be sure and click on the tree foliage in 2 places to get the menu, as scripts are in 2 foliage parts of each tree. Wait for a bit after turning each section off since particles don't shut off immediately.

The garden is very lush yet only uses 220 prims, and is copyable and modifiable (except for sculpted trees).
You can move things around and modify it if desired - however do be careful because I have some transparent non-phantom prims covering some phantom rocks.
You can also delete everything if you'd like to do something else with your land temporarily, and then easily rez the garden again at a later time.
