For operating the Animations hud - first, choose the avatar- next, new animation - Finally, the animations you want to play.

To operate the Animation Hud:
Firstly choose the avatar.
Then choose NEW ANIMATION
Lastly chose the animation you wish to play.

Not sure where they get "Interactive" from, but this just allows you to pose yourself or another person in a sports pose. This doesn't animate them, just poses them. Kind of a let down with it being sports themed I figured you could have some fun with it and other people. The poses aren't the greatest and the labeling for the poses is nightmare.
