I use it for everything!!!
Yes you can modify it! Edit link, fill box, click the box and your inventory is delivered. Not how you want to use it? Pull out those scripts and add one you want to use. 24 boxes and the root prim, but it comes in at 18 LI. Add textures to the box to know what's inside, etc. So versatile. It's an inventory staple for me.
