1) Invisible Shoes have a script created by Legacy that sets your feet to match your chosen Invisible Shoe. This script is given freely to anyone to add to the shoes they own or make.
Unfortunately not many shoe creators are adding this script to their shoes.
And, many shoe makers do not provide Modify permissions that would allow you to add the Legacy script yourself.
By adding these Invisible Shoes to your saved outfits, your feet will be set to the right position no matter which visible shoe you are wearing or if the creator of that shoe has added the Legacy script to it, or not.
2) Invisible Shoes have a script that I created to auto detach the Invisible Shoe after 30 seconds. After the Invisible Shoe sets your feet to the right position, it doesn't need to be attached to your avatar anymore. My script detaches the Invisible Shoe automatically and frees up the attachment point to be used for other things.

This is a product you could certainly make yourself for free, spending several hours writing a script to auto detach your own invisible shoe. Or just use mine and spend your time on better things.
