Named after a beautiful island off the west coast of Scotland, Iona House is a spacious, light, airy, elegant family home. It has a variety of scripted features which allow you to personalise it easily. It is sold unfurnished although several complimentary extras are included!
INTERACTIVE FEATURES

* All doors and the dome open and close when you click them.
* Choice of metal or wood trim - this will change the textures on the windows, dome, doors, door surrounds and skirting.
* Choice of two window styles. Windows can also be semi-transparent or opaque.
* Walls can be re-textured with a variety of textures and tinted in a variety of colours.
* Built-in configurable lighting system with various controls and effects.
* Rez railings on the decking

* Reset the house to default settings at any time.
Using the lights in combination with the wall textures and colours gives you an almost unlimited range of possibilities for 'decorating' your house!

Iona House will fit on a footprint of 53 metres x 39 metres. This means that it will fit comfortably on a 4096 m2 parcel and anywhere bigger.
LOW-PRIM - LOW LAG

Iona House is 53 prims + 14 prims if you use the railings. This very low prim count is achieved by setting most prims to a Physics Shape Type of convex hull.
There are 6 scripts in the house but it is extremely low lag as everything is turned off except when you are using the menus.
SET USER PERMISSIONS
********************************
You can choose whether the house menus can be operated by the owner only, by a group member or by anyone. Only the owner can set the permissions.
MODIFYING THE HOUSE
******************************
Although the house is MODIFY (and COPY), any modifications should be done very carefully as the scripts may stop working properly. If you choose to Modify you do so at your own risk!!! Of course you will be working on a copy so you will always be able to revert to the original if things go wrong!!! Advice for modifying is included with the house Help notecard.
