Iron Brazier Full Perm (Boxed)

What I received in my purchase was the brazier itself, full perm, untextured; a sample brazier like in the photograph that had no perms at all, and a thank-you notecard. No AO, no UV, no textures of any sort, and in trying to apply something I had on hand to the wood-shapes inside the bowl of the brazier, I had a hard time getting anything to fit well. This would be of much more value with a little proactive customer service in mind; and I shouldn't have to write to the creator to ask for basic texturing assistance before writing a review, either.
