So I heard you like big pistols.
The biggest damn pistol I have seen in sl. So many cool bullet types. Sleek and practical, pretty looking and well executed. The sound are pretty good, the textures are pleasing. If you're looking for a girthy pistol, this is the pistol for you! P.S. Just make sure you have strong man hands to wield a real mans pistol.
As always, fantastic work
As with every ISA weapon i've owned, it's a work of art. Simple, to the point and effective. Sounds are fantastic and the options for ammo and appearance are lovely.
One thing i would like, however, is the option to have it listen to a different channel so as to use it as a side arm alongside a larger weapon. It gets a bit bothersome having to detach it in favour of a shotgun or rifle, simply because they both listen on the same channel
Perfectly fits my needs
When I buy a gun in Second Life, I like it to do two big things: First, I like it to look nice. Second, I like it to go bang when I pull the trigger. And in this case, the GFR does both things admirably. Lots of round-types for when I'm feeling like a jerk and want to shoot exploding bullets, or for when I'm feeling nice and just want to shoot a big, solid hunk of 'Oh god why is my arm gone'.It looks nice, has an All American Patriot Power-mode, and does all sorts of fun little tricks.
Also, 15mm shotgun shells. Mmm.
All of my problems disappeared when I acquired the Tuska.
Joe Biden says you only need a shotgun for home defense.
Biden is right, you only need a shotgun. But it is better if you have a three chamber revolver that shoots high explosive fragmentation grenades, solid shot like cannon of old and multiple other different types of misery to sprinkle on your enemies liberally like Finnish sniper sprinkles Red Army soldiers onto casualty lists.
The weapon itself performs beautifully in all conditions. Naturally I recommend from personal experience that you stick to the more standard types of ammunition, as these tend to work best in high intensity, high latency situations. But I also find that the more exotic munitions function well in situations where other weaponry simply conks out. I have yet to have a single failure to detonate on the frag or Gyro rounds, and I have even managed to shoot down an aircraft with the shotshell ammunition. You give this gun to somebody, you effectively make them a walking, talking anti-everything station.
The virtual craftsmanship on the weapon is very fine as well. It looks convincingly like a weapon of its description: A hard hitting, high effort, no-BS revolving firearm. All in all, an extremely large caliber weapon. It also does so without looking completely ridiculous. It is larger than most of its counterparts, but we all know that the saying "it's not how big the boat is, it's the motion in the ocean" is bullshit anyway. The bigger your boat the more motion in the ocean, and if the Tuska was a boat it'd be a yacht full of mostly naked drunk people all wanting to make sweet love to you.
Also excellent moose repellent.
