Okay I've have a tiny get a way place for myself. I could not find any pre made island that I liked. I feel so lucky to have come across this creator's islands. I am so amazed at the superior quality of textures used in this island. Completely unique layouts. Very great level of detail, low L.I
I wanted to also mention, when I said my place was tiny... All I had to do was add a resizer script to this island and wham it will even fit the smallest of parcels. Very versatile. I'd give more stars if it was possible.

Best Island Terrain I Have Found
I have looked long and hard to find a terrain like this that looks good throughout and isn't terribly high prim. This is it! I am very happy with this purchase. You need to add water -- the creator has his display inworld with Skye Water which looks good with this item. It is so hard to find good nature skyboxes -- this isn't enclosed but it is large enough you could add domes to it.
