Arabella is a ball gown, fit for Scarlett O'Hara herself! The full-length ball-gown flexi-skirt is a layered confection of chiffon, topped with a satin sash around the waist. The bodice has thin spaghetti straps that crisscross in back. The top can be worn alone or with either the chest ruffles or the flexi caplet that ties around the neck and is fashioned with the same layers as the skirt!
