Izzie is the best.
Out of the many, MANY items I've purchased from Izzie over the years this is the only one that I haven't been 100% impressed with. Izzie, however, never fails to impress. She was helpful in resolving the issue, offered to create a new one for me and voluntarily offered a refund on the product.
