It's pretty but are you ACTUALLY joking?? You do realize we have to rez FURNITURE too?? It's not even that big of a home! I have triple story mansions that are like, 60 LI!!!
Edit: I actually lowered my score because I checked the store and I think this owner has no idea how to lower LI in general, because their furniture LI is just as big as some of my entire homes. They make great quality stuff but there's no way some of this stuff is 30 LI for one item
