Included is an optional, Mouse Look Cross-hair (Scope) to wear on the
HUD_CENTER hud position. It will be visible when you enter Mouse-Look.

Anti-lag compliant by using only 1 rezzer and 1 script.
All scripts tweaked for the lowest memory-/time-count as possible.
Only 30k memory usage for the actual weapon, and 9k for the slung model.
