Why are the eyelid, lip, and muzzle shades baked onto the lowest layer?
If you look at the preview image, look at the eyelid and muzzle shade. Those are pre-baked onto a white background, not as their own separate layer. The color layers are on top of that white pre-baked BASE layer, which means modifying the color layer is only actually tinting the temperature of the entire project, NOT changing its base color.
This means that if you apply a burn, difference, lighten, or color effect to the BASE layer, you will be forced to damage those shades; they will no longer be their original grayscale. So, with the utmost respect to the creator here, this product is functionally ineffective for my needs. I will amend my review to five stars if those shades are satisfactorily provided as separate layers in an update.
