Love the light house, but tricky to rez or move.
I love this lighthouse, it fits perfectly within my sim, and even provides some rental oportunity.
My only compaints are...
1- The rex box(s) would not work. I can't even remember the error it gave me. But, I own the land, so it is not a permissions issue on my side. I had to use the unlinked version... it's 88Li, almost impossible to pick up all of it to move at one time. I spent a lot of time getting this right.
2- The doors are locked, even for the owner. If there are instructions for unlocking and providing an access list for the doors, I can not find it in my inventory. I have tried several very common commands for the doors to try and set access. I will have to replace the doors just to get them to work. :-/
3- 2,490 lindens is a LOT to pay for this much difficuly when rezing this structure. Even for a quarter of the price, it would be frustrating.
It does look good though, and I could not find another that looked better for a Medi-fantasy-pirate-smugler sim.

once you rez, you can not derez it from the rezbox, because it is no copy...so silly
i derez and deleted it forever from my inv..useless item...

I bought this building after reading all of the listed comments the creator /builder ?? whatever ..
then discovered only the person who designed it could rezz it as the instructions directed!
Nothing was as it was explained , nothing worked it was a complete MESS to rezz. I would not recommend purchasing this item. I tried contacting the person I bought it from and NO RESPONSE
was forthcoming after having paid 2490L$ . I consider this a SCAM, and a cheat to get money for an item so difficult to rez only the designer could recreate it! and i do not believe there is any truth to the reviews as i could only access one!

I wanted to leave a review to put an end to the "no copy rez" issue, The original rez box has one copy in it and yes when used and removed it poofs never to be seen again, which was a shock moment, however this now contains 2 one with a copy version so that is no longer an issue.
That out the way, this amazing piece is the main focal point on my new sim and it is stunning! the textures are amazing, the noises add to the atmosphere and I was so happy I purchased this.

The attention to detail in both the textures and the build makes this a great addition to any seaport setting. Plus, the seller is not only attentive to their customers, but proved willing to go that extra mile for me. Five stars for sure!
Beautiful Lighthouse - But measure your land first
Beautifully-detailed and well-constructed lighthouse. Two good-sized rooms you can access without having to go round and round and round and round a tower...
One caution - I read the review in a hurry and didn't think to measure my land. I tried to put it on a 1024 and it just fit, but there wasn't enough room for someone to squeeze past my neighbor's ban lines to the front door comfortably. I would suggest rezzing a 32.651 x 16 square and placing it on your land first just to check the measurements.
