Does NOT have a transparent background.
It has a solid white background which was not stated when I purchased it. It is listed as a png. image So I took a chance. It's a lovely picture but useless for what I needed. It does not say it has a transparent background, or not, so I made this review to give everyone a heads up before you purchase. The image is very clear and quite lovely. If a solid texture is what you need then this would be a good one.
