This kit will enable you to apply your own texture to a ~JJ~ Portrait Mesh Head item! Developers can use the applier to sell their own textures (or give them out) for use with the ~JJ~ Portrait Mesh Head items. Individuals can just use it for personal customization as well!
This kit is offered to you free of charge and with full permissions (object permissions come to you COPY/MODIFY/TRANSFER) so that you can offer your designs to your customers without the necessity of paying any license fees.
Furthermore, the application method employs encryption that is intended to keep your property and original creations safe from interception and misuse. Setting up the applier for your own use and distribution is easy!
You can distribute the object to your customers as you wish. Your data will remain hidden from view and encrypted while being transmitted to users' ~JJ~ Portrait Mesh Head items.
~ Permissions shown on the object you received in your Development Kit may not look correct at first, but inspection of the object will show that the object itself is full-perms for you. Only the script inside the object has been made no-modify. This will help insure the security of everyone's data but will still allow you to customize the applier as you see fit.
~ As stated above, this item is offered to you from ~Jeanette's Joint~ free of charge and without license restrictions. You are welcome to modify it as you like and use it to distribute your own products and creations to other users (and customers) at will. You can give away or sell your product for whatever price you choose.
~ The ~JJ~ Portrait Mesh Head original products are not included with this developers' kit. If you wish to obtain one to test your creations with or use with your own avatar, you will need to purchase one separately from ~Jeanette's Joint~ in the Second Life Marketplace or in-world.
The data transmission methods used in this product employ proprietary encryption methods that are designed to keep your data secure from piracy and hacks. Distributing your intellectual property should be safe and completely obscured from observation.
Detailed instructions are included and the process is easy to follow. Customization can be achieved in just a few steps and security is just a few additional permissions settings away!
You are not obligated to send me any of your finished products. I don't need to review or approve anything you do or release using this kit. However, if you care to share your work I would absolutely love to see it! You are welcome to send me screen shots of your finished products in use or, even better, your finished product itself... if you are willing to part with a complimentary copy of your work, that is. ;)
