Creepy eyeball on staff moves back and forth if you're on land that lets you run scripts. You also need to be on such land to do the zap, a circle of energy triggered by pushing the page down button. Using the page down to fly will trigger the flash, but that's not too big a deal since your staff is probably what you're pretending gives you the power to fly anyhow. Still looks great on lands that don't run scripts, just don't expect to do the zap.
