Welcome to the Voxel World at ~Jeanette's Joint~ where Primcraft meets voxel heroes in the new ~JJ~ Voxel Avatars series of deluxe characters.

This package includes both complete alex? and steve? avatar models with supporting invisibility layers and shapes as well as a complete developers kit for content creators to easily make, share and market their skins and apparel for these avis!

Each avatar is made from 100% prims for a sharp and authentic presentation. Each has a base layer (think skin) and an overlay (think armor or clothing) that can be applied together or individually.

The textures have been painstakingly mapped to the avatar so that any existing Mcraft 1.8+ player skin can easily be converted (up-scaled) for use with these avatars.

Full-perm textures can be dragged and dropped into the HUD for instant application or a UUID can be entered in manually (via Text Box) to apply. External appliers can be made for skins and the Developers Kit (full perms included) can be used to create appliers, HUD suites and marketing assets for these avatars!

The HUD also includes functions to toggle the Overlay layer on or off, bottom faces on or off (for classic Mcraft or full-mapping use), Fullbright on or off and other features like grabbing template textures to use in your own creation tools.

The avatar parts are all copy/mod so you will have even greater control over the details of your avatar. This will allow you to resize, edit transparency and alpha settings and more - as long as you know your way around the Editor in your SL viewer.

A tip for developers: once you load your custom texture into the applier elements - don't forget to reset the scripts to make sure your texture UUID is loaded! Also - double-check your perms settings before distributing your products to others so that your intellectual property is safe!

Appliers use encrypted protocols to communicate textures to and from separate items so your UUIDs are safe!

The default appliers include the classic alex? and steve? textures with full-perm templates available depicting both models' area and pixelation guides both labelled and unlabelled for easy part identification.

Texture application's as easy as could be! Pretty much a drag-and-drop, and you're all set.
(per-pixel transparency's a bit wonky, but that's a fault of SL's weird rendering engine as a whole, not specifically this)

Some kinda true-to-the-source-material animation override would complete this (and I'd be totally fine paying extra for that; This thing is a good enough value as-is!), but it works surprisingly nicely with the stock animation sets SL defaults to. No weird clipping issues and things sliding around out of place, despite the intentionally rigid parts.

All in all, something I'm bound to get a ton of outfits out of. Thank you!!
