includes 2 versions, one with black trim and on with white trim. also includes optional panties clothing layer.

Avoid.
Would be a cute skirt if it included different sizes. Instead I had to resize it in Edit mode to fit my avatar. I would expect this sort of thing from a dollarbie, not a 90L skirt.
