Suits my purposes perfectly. And for what it's worth, from the preview picture I could tell the inner part of the frame protrudes further than the outer part. That is what I wanted. Individual perceptions vary, often in unpredictable ways.
Disappointed
My idea of a picture frame is that the outer frame should protrude further out, and the inner part nearer the picture should be recessed somehow, preferably sloping inwards. The problem I have here is not the product itself, but the poor description. It is not possible to tell from the picture that this has the inner part of the frame protruding further in the form of a ridge. It's OK if that is what you want, and perhaps indeed there are some frames like this in RL but I think it is an unusual form.
What IS clear from the ad is that this is suited for a long narrow aspect ratio. Stretching is possible but it gives a different breadth of frame at the ends. I think it would have been better if it was a more moderate aspect ratio such as 4:3, then it could be stretched to suit a greater range of pictures while still keeping an approximately equal frame breadth all round.
In the end, you can't complain at a full perms item for L$25.
