[JM] Renting System MultiCurrency BOX Version 1.1

Thank you for your interest in our renting system for lindens and coins! Even if you need coins payment or not, this unit contains all that you need out of G&S and inside G&S.

Available functions of the rent system:

*Set the co-owner of the unit, so it can set the renting settings also
* Set split profit with persons
* Set co-renter - helps to calculate the total prims of the renter and co-renter and displays in the hovertext
* Payment methods: lindens and coins
* NOT-RENEW button available for the renter, so he/she will not receive notices when the rent is end
* OVERDUE notice to owner, renter and hovertext to announce that the rent must be payed
* Different name of the unit, to distinguish between them. The name will be displayed in the hovertext and will tell to the split-profit which unit payed him.
* Prim count both for renter and co-renter. If over - prim, it will send an notice to the renter and will display the panel above with OVER PRIM LIMIT.
* Eviction by owner or co-owner
* Add/Remove rent period in the unit manually
* Disable of coins payment when it's set to 0
* Display the remaining days in the hovertext in real time, also visually on the panel
* Visual display if the renter payed more than 1 week the rent
* Hovertext display if the rent is set on NOT RENEW

- Added possibility to choose between permanent hovertext or to hide and re-enable on click.
- Bug fix on displaying renter name when offline.
