This is Rotating Holy Halo, you can wear it on your head. You can also upload and change the texture as you like.

If you change the texture, you need to change the 0 face, it uses PBR. To display both sides, you need to enable double face. You can also change the glow.

The script is open source, you can change everything of it, likes rotation speed, anims and more.

Everything is full perm, you can share it to your friends, do everything you like, but you can't re-sell it.
