The JPC Mean Titler is a product worn by you - and allows everybody else to set a title for you (a floating text over your head).
After a random time interval it instructs people in open chat how to set your title, in either English or German (selectable by menu)
You are not able to set your own title - and have no influence on what people set there. Now... how much do they like you...?
The JPC Mean Titler can be attached to most attach points on your body (although the upper body and head area make most sense) and remembers its last position (edit it in the right position, then detach it and "wear" it again to save that position). A click on the JPC Mean Titler will open a menu to let you choose language (English or DE for German) and the color of the title (and show you who set the title last, if anyone).

Not to sound rude but it really isn't that good.
I'm glad a friend gave it to me and I didn't buy it because I would be asking for a refund.
They have another titler for $60.
Perhaps that 1 is better.
