**JPK Steampunk Laboratory BOX

It's quite spacious. Mesh and textures are in pix, but feel right, semi-victorian. It uses teleports to move between floors. It satisfied my itch to live on a classy oil-platform like structure while plotting and scheming.

This is an amazing building with great potential. Wonderful textures. We are using it as the entry building to the STEAM EXPO 2022. How I wish you would make some smaller shops (that don't necessarily need to be placed under a railroad). I will eagerly await them.
