The Cliffside is a home designed for a small base footprint and to 'cantilever' over a cliff side or cliff edge. Many parcels in SL are sloped and others have fixed LL terraforming steep sides, and standard homes are hard to fit. Viola! The JR Cliffside!

I do NOT use proprietary shadow baking in my builds. The entire building is linkset goodies, so the entire thing is VERY editable and customizable using 'edit linked.'
