Had Great fun with this build and i have to say. There is nothing like it in SL. What it looks like and it's features.
It has taken us about a month to build and tweak what's needed. Rather large and includes all thats listed below.

Believe the footprint is about X:64 x Y:70 you can modify it if you need to.

Come by before you buy and check it out for yourself! We will show and explain all the features and ask about the secret rooms too!

Features are doors that open/close, walls that will move and 2 ramps from one floor to the other ,Windows that open to be a glass deck for a your pleasure of that open feel and sitting with a gathering of friends. Or a peaceful morning coffee alone watching the ocean and feeling the breeze or morning sun. All is set to owner/group that can operate. Or you can add people to the note card inside the walls, doors and ramps to allow access.

Invited a few people for a sneak preview as we were nearing the end of the build and the response was overwhelming. Which made us work even harder to complete the build.

You can expect some update [always free to those that purchased] AND some add-ons in the near future. Those that purchased will be notified there is an add on for this specific house.
BUT don't limit yourself to using it as just a home. You can use this for a dance club. For SciFi RP and anything else you can imagine.
You have mod rights. So you can change textures to what you like. Please remember. these are material faces. If you know what you are doing. you can change the textures as you please.
We would be happy to assist you with this. Also what works best are repeatable textures.
