JT's Federal House Gazebo

JT's Legendary Designs (formerly CJW Designs) presents our Federal House Gazebo, as a "hint" to our next house project coming soon. This is a lovely 10 x 10 gazebo, with tons of physical details yet still very low LI (21), 100% Mesh. The fireplace is touch on/off for flames and sound, and at the top of the chimney has an invisible object to touch for on/off of the smoke. The interior chandelier automatically turns on and off with SL time of day. Only the Gazebo structure (including floor), fireplace (with touch on/off logs and smoke), and chandelier (with auto on/off) are included; all other items (furniture, landscaping, pathways, etc.) that may be depicted in the photos are specifically excluded.

As with all mesh builds, beware of resizing or unlinking as unpredictable impacts to LI can happen. This build is provided to you fully linked, no rezz box delivery, so be sure you have the space and rights to rezz it when you desire. We provide you with Copy and Mod permissions (Copy only for Demo versions), but No Transfer. Note that the Mod permissions include the scripts, so you can customize them as well to suit your desires.

We encourage you to try this out in situ via our NO-COST DEMO for every item we sell, each with the exact same functionality (e.g., doors, touch on/off) as the full version product, but will be on a 15 minute auto-derezz timer with rights of copy/no mod/no transfer.
