HOW TO GET YOUR UPDATE?
If you have misplaced or removed an item in your inventory, it may be possible to request a redelivery of that item if you made the purchase through the Marketplace.
If you have purchased a Copy Enabled item, you may request to have the item redelivered through the Order itself.
1. Log into the Second Life Marketplace web site at https://marketplace.secondlife.com/
2. Click on the My Marketplace link at the top of the page and choose My Account from the drop down options.
3. Once you are on your Marketplace account home page, click Order History in the menu on the left.
4. Locate the Order and Item that you wish to have delivered, and click on the "Redeliver Item" link located directly beneath the
name of the product.

This av is bs, there are no face animations, no ear animations the tail isn't fluid at all, i followed the basic ass instructions and even reset the ao and reloaded it, and it still is stiff and basic and bad looking. All that talk of using some special ass tracking for the ao and it doesn't even animate very well, the legs just swing stiffly and the run looks broken and uncomfortable. I think the sit is broken no matter what i do to load the sit or reset the ao or reload the animations the sit just breaks into the SL basic human sitting pose. I should have put my money into the RR Fennec mod for Rockruff instead, at least the animations would work without some fucking runaround bs. I'm sorry to the creator but please work on this avatar.

What a shame. I was counting on getting a nice rockruff avatar to use - I should have paid better attention to the other reviews.
You DO NOT get a stand, proper walking or ground sit animation. the ones in the hud are not real animations. DO NOT BUY! You will not get a functioning AO. Waste of money.

Walk AO broken only front legs only walk, sit make you go into the floor, and the head is on a pike spin hole 360.
Animation is eh
Honestly it is a cute looking avatar however the animations seem a bit buggy. Maybe if the creator made an update for the AO and put a little more time into I might of liked the avatar a bit more.
Fun Times Ahead
The Avatar is cute and it works with the Lycanroc avatar also sold by him if your going for a Partner Pokemon Roleplay. The only downside is that it is no-mod which means you can't get rid of the glow but the creator was kind enough to give me a copy without the glow. Thank you! If I could, I would rate more then 5 stars.
Suggestion: Include a No-Glow version in the box for those who wish to not have a glowing puppy. For those who want the glow, they can ignore the no-glow one.

A decent puppy
I find this to be a rather cute little avatar, fun to run around in, and people really seem to like seeing this pup.
However, with the intention of recoloring this little guy, I was slightly disappointed to find him to be "no mod". The animations also look a little clumsy at times, but aside from those points, I would recommend the Rockruff for all cute Pokémon puppy lovers.
