AV sitter systems created by Code Violet offers many opportunity.
If you are here you might already know what you can do with AV sitter.
We can create a full environment by rezzing props around and live at full a SL experience.
JX AV sitter Radar Script allows you to set all your props (type PROP, PROP1, PROP2, PROP3) in an automatic rez mode, to be visible when one avatar is present in the same land at a specific distance.

Imagine your dining table, which is fully decorated with flowers, plates, glasses, food and drink and much more. Usually those props have a consistent Land Impact if you want to use them while having a pretty dinner with your friends.
But when you leave, if you do not de-rezz via normal menu, all those articles remain on the land and use Land Impact (and more probably also running internal scripts) , unless the creator previously scripted them with a time limit, or similar solutions, to auto destroy or auto detach.

You can now decide to have your dining table prepared in the way you want by setting the creator's props visible only when you are online and in our land.
This happens also in public lands, where you might need, for example, a fully decorated room in one part of the property and an empty one in another part, since you are not enjoying that part of land in the same moment.

Auto rezzing system is something you can decide, for yourself or others, based on your mood or necessity. While an avatar is present in land, you can set the distance from a specific object and tell AV sitter system to rez or not one or more props at your choice, automatically without clicking here and there in each menu, and de-rez by simply moving away, in distance or from the land.
