Detailed Windmill converted for a home.
The small footprint of approximately 15 * 20 allows placement on minimum land areas and still leaves space around for a garden.
Two rooms with stairs between make cosy living space. Both have fires with on/off, sound and intensity controls.
Walls are easily re-textured if new owners prefer a different finish (I will help if unsure how to do this.
Textures are planar and once one section of wall is textured appropriately a simple click copies an exact match to the other sections)
Doors can be set for anyone, owner, group or named avatars.
If you move the windmill and the sails turn the wrong way just click them and they will revert to the correct orientation.
