Please Note: A copy/mod only version of this product is also available.
A stone urn in a classical style, for use as a planter, bird bath/fountain, or brazier with embers and fire.
Viewing In-World is highly recommended - see the link below.
This product is available in 3 variations, with copy/mod and full perms versions of each. These are:
Fire (you are viewing this one) - includes embers and scripted fire.
Earth & Water - includes earth and 2x water insets
Earth, Fire & Water - includes all of the above.
When linked, the fire brazier is 2LI at default scale (approx. 1m square).
Textures
The Urn/Brazier materials are included in 3 variations - Grey stone, brown stone, and marble. These materials match Jammin's other stone products, such as the Balustrades (see related items below).
Main diffuse maps are provided in 1024x1024 and 512x512 resolutions. Main diffuse and specular maps are 512x512.
The Fire inset is part of the main maps.
Stone Specular Maps - you may not notice the effect of these unless you specifically want a shiny or darker stone. If not needed, it is recommended that you remove them from the mesh to save texture memory.
The full perms version of this product also includes UV and AO/Shadow maps for the Urn.
Fire
The fire inset is scripted and uses a combination of particles and animated texture to simulate flames. The script is based on Realfire by Rene10957, slightly modified, and includes sound and smoke. Touch to turn fire on/off, long touch to bring up a menu where you can control the size of the fire and to toggle the smoke and sound. The fire script uses a config notecard, in which you can adjust some parameters such as light intensity. Full documentation for RealFire is included.
When using the menu to control the size of the fire (long touch to bring it up), the small/medium/large buttons will adjust the size of the texture and particles, while the '-fire' and '+fire' will tweak the size of the particles only. If you wish to set the fire to a custom height, you can use the buttons to control the particles, then manually scale the animated fire texture (by toggling 'edit linked') to match. The 'reset' button will revert the fire back to the large size. Once you have set the fire size to suit, it will remember your settings and you can simply turn it on/off as required. If you have any issues (such as the animated flames not appearing with the particles), use the 'reset' button.
