Have you ever thought that we're a little lost out here? A tiny blue dot, floating in an endless vacuume of black, nothing much more than a pale speck of dust in the grand scheme of things. Well, we can't say we blame you.
The Outer Satellite is a much smaller scale model of something that was launched into that same vast emptiness in the year 2055 - quite a while ago, now that we think about it. What was it really for? Well, we're not exactly privy to something like that. Likely a well funded science project, like an echo of humanity's voice all bundled up in flickering lights, sailing into the emptiness for something to find... or not.
At least this replica comes with a little display cupboard to put it up on.

The Outer Satellite comes in at 1LI each, while the display stand is 0.5LI. Both have the same eternal LODs we always have so you can continue to see your items no matter how far back you pull.
