My poses are created with custom shapes for me, for Maitreya don't forget that depending on the measurements you use, you need to modify them for maximum pose optimisation, via animare or anypose, or simply by playing with the measurements of your shape and size.
And for best results, don't forget to deactivate all your animation huds.
