Thank You for your interest in my production.
As usual this is a very nice full permission house, with a 105 L.I.
As you get in, using the main entrance. a short corridor will be in front of you. (Please use the pictures to better understand what I am describing).
Immediately you will see to your left the living room and to your right the dining room and, as an open space, the kitchen is the following room.
The same floor has a bedroom and a very large bathroom, japanese style (each area is divided in different rooms). Anther room can be used as a library or as music, dancing room.
A stair will lead you to the upper floor where 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located. 3 possible entrance-exit are possible: the main entrance, another one in the dining room to the patio and a thrd one.... well... check the pictures and you will find out this one:)
