Japanese Loft by the Sea - Skybox for 512sqm + Ocean Sound Box

Loft in modern Japanese style, with a balcony over viewing the sea, plus a sound box to give a nice ocean 'soundscape'.

The skybox is 18x15x5, fits any regular 512sqm parcel… and has only 11 prims!

The sound box is 1 prim. (Permissions: transfer only)

A large background window and a skylight provide lots of light.

You can use this skybox as your home, store, or small gallery.

The building is one object; there’s no need to use a rezbox. You just rez the skybox and move it around as much as you want.

Please notice:

1 - Because this is a closed skybox the building is delivered as phantom (object can be walked through). To turn this feature off, just right click the building, select Edit and, on the Object tab, uncheck Phantom. After doing this, you will not be able to walk through the building’s walls, so make sure you’ve created a landmark inside the skybox first.

2 – The building uses mega prims. Remember that if you try to resize a mega prim it will automatically resize to the regular prim size in Second Life. This only applies to size; mega prims textures can be altered as many times as you wish. Also, if you're using V3 or a third party viewer like Firestorm, you'll be able to resize prims that aren't larger than 64x64x64.

1) Please double check the items' permissions before you buy them. There'll be no refunds based on misreading or misunderstanding the item's listed permissions.

2) What you see is what you get. Item's permissions, textures, or anything else, will not be changed based on customers' request.

3) I don't have any in-world store, nor do I organize any kind of in-world private presentation.
