About the Japanese Mansion
The mansion consists of 123 prims. The interior includes 2 living room spaces, a large bedroom, a playroom, a water pond. There's a deck in the rear.
The footprint will fit on a 32x32 plot (or 1024 sq meters), at minimum leaving you with 111 spare prims. It is sold as copy/mod, so you can easily retexture anything to your own taste, or rez it again and again in case something goes wrong.
Built in are privacy windows and a secure door with group/owner only access option.

The Doors
The doors are sliding doors, meaning they will "disappear" when opened. To close them, click on the door frame around the door; its either wooden (interior and back doors) or transparent "Shoji" style (around the front).
Security/Privacy Features
The Mansion has a built in privacy system and doors which can be set to be accessible either by everyone or only by the owner and group members. The control system is located in an orange round panel next to the door. Click it and pick one of the following 4 options:
Privacy On: Will tint all of the windows opaque
Privacy Off: Will make all of the windows transparent
Security On: Will make the door accessible only by the owner and the members of the owner's group.
Security Off: Will make the door accessible by anyone.
If you'd like to use the secure door feature for members of the group, make sure the entire structure is set to the correct group. For example if you and your friends belong to a group called "My Friends":
Either make sure you are wearing the correct group tag when rezzing the object
or
When rezzed, right click the object, pick edit from the pie menu, click the general tab, and make sure the group is set correctly. If not, pick the "Set.." button, and pick the correct group name from the menu.
Voir l'article dans Second LifeIn my eyes the nicest small Asian house available. Comfy, homely, with a great set of textures. 2 smaller rooms, a back porch and the main room give a lot of space to live, The Primcount is fine for the owner of a smaller parcel.
Worth every Linden!
This house is real quality for such a low price, a very pretty look inside with great textures throughout well worth every linden!!!
Fits nicely on a 1,024 sq m plot on my land, is modifiable (I made the roof less red to go with an existing Japanese building, there is not really any work to do on this building) and it is deceptively big, with many rooms. I buy a lot of buildings in-world and this one is great value.
I had unwittingly bought the Chimera Japanese house that has a 40x50 footprint, it was too big for my land. Although this smaller house is much more expensive and unfurnished, I must say, it is a gorgeous house, rich colors and textures, and fits perfectly on my 2048.
A nice house that is mod so you can edit things such as doors and walls and floors. Assembles nicely and adjusts just as well.
The texture work on this house is amazing! Not a prim out of place, the textures are beautifully done and aligned, and the layout is lovey as well. This house is worth far more than the $799L asking price!
