This Japanese style Tea House is perfect for your garden or any small piece of property! It is only 12x12m and has just 26 prims on the building itself. Included (all copy /mod) are the paper lanterns, the wind chimes, and the dressing/privacy screen.
It features a sliding pocket door that you can adjust the script to open as slowly/quickly or as wide as you wish, windows you can change the degree of tinting with a simple touch, & working wooden window blinds.
Yes, the script in the one prim window blinds that make them window blinds is what is not mod, the blinds themselves are...so you can change the texture or whatever you wish other than that. So yes, everything is honestly mod other than that in the build itself.
